Fraud Disclaimer Alert

We have recently discovered that some unscrupulous individuals are fraudulently using the Gleexa brand to deceive and scam people. We take this matter seriously and want to ensure the safety and security of our valued users. Please be aware of the following important information:

  1. Unauthorized Usage: It has come to our attention that scammers are using the Gleexa name and logo to mislead individuals, particularly freelancers, on various platforms including social media (Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn), Fiverr, Guru, and others. They may approach you claiming to represent Gleexa and offer typing, converting, or copying work. Exercise caution if someone insists on using platforms like Telegram for communication.
  2. Payment Requests: Gleexa never asks freelancers, associates, or partners to make payments or fees for opening employee portal accounts or any other purpose. If someone claiming to be from Gleexa requests upfront payments or fees, it is a fraudulent activity. We do not operate in this manner.
  3. Communication Channels: Official communications from Gleexa will always originate from our authorized email addresses and official channels. Beware of scammers using Gmail accounts or other unofficial channels to contact you. We do not conduct business exclusively through platforms like Telegram or hidden profiles. If you receive communication from such sources, it is likely a scam.

To protect yourself from falling victim to these scams, please be vigilant and watch out for the following red flags:

  • Scammers may use Gmail addresses or distorted versions of our official email format without providing proper identification.
  • They will avoid sharing a valid Indian phone number since Gleexa is based in India.
  • Fraudsters may demand payment or fees for processing certain actions, even before any work is completed. We never ask for upfront payment from our associates, freelancers, or partners.
  • They may insist on working through platforms like Telegram or hidden profiles, often posing as a publishing company or similar entity.

Important Notice: Gleexa takes action against fraud, but we are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by imposters.

If you come across any suspicious activity or have information that can assist us in identifying these fraudsters, please report it immediately. Your cooperation is vital in helping us combat these fraudulent attempts.
